Hospital's psychology service expands

Salisbury District Hospital is expanding the psychological support it offers to patients and their families during hospital care and treatment.

Currently, psychologists provide support to burns, plastic surgery, spinal, rehabilitation and cancer patients but, due to an expansion in the clinical psychology service, patients with a range of other medical or surgical conditions, neurological disorders and head injuries, will also benefit.
